Privacy Policy

Summary: StudioLoop 1.0 stores your studio records on your device. We do not operate an account service for this release, receive your studio records, run advertising, track you across apps, or process payments.
Who is responsible
StudioLoop is provided by Selvola / Erkan Bircan. Privacy questions can be sent to erkannbircan@gmail.com.
Data you enter
You may enter studio, teacher, student, guardian, schedule, lesson, practice, repertoire, invoice, and manual payment-record information. In StudioLoop 1.0 this information is stored in the app's protected local storage and is not transmitted to StudioLoop. Apple device backups may include app data according to your iOS backup settings.
Manual finance records
StudioLoop does not collect card or bank information and does not process, hold, split, settle, or refund money. Invoice, payment, refund, and correction entries are local bookkeeping records that you create. Apple processes the purchase of the app through the App Store.
Optional device features
- Calendar: if you grant access, StudioLoop can read or write lesson events in calendars you select through Apple's Calendar framework.
- Notifications: if you grant access, StudioLoop can schedule local reminders on your device.
- Microphone and speech: if you grant access, StudioLoop can record a private voice note. Recordings are protected locally and marked for exclusion from device backup. Optional transcription uses Apple's system Speech service only after your separate consent; availability and processing are governed by your device settings and Apple's terms.
- Exports: you choose when and where to share an exported file using the iOS share sheet. StudioLoop does not receive the exported file.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
StudioLoop 1.0 contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, cross-app tracking, payment SDK, or developer-operated telemetry endpoint.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you delete them in the app, remove the app, or erase the device. Apple device backups and restoration are controlled by your iOS backup settings. You control copies exported through the share sheet and calendar events written to an Apple calendar.
Children
StudioLoop is a professional studio-management tool for teachers and studio operators. It is not directed to children, and children should not operate the app or enter personal information without authorization from a responsible adult.
Changes
If a later StudioLoop release adds accounts, cloud sync, analytics, or another data transfer, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before that functionality is enabled.

Manuel finans kayıtları
StudioLoop kart veya banka bilgisi toplamaz; para tahsil etmez, tutmaz, bölüştürmez, aktarmaz veya iade etmez. Fatura, ödeme, iade ve düzeltme girişleri sizin oluşturduğunuz yerel muhasebe kayıtlarıdır. Uygulamanın satın alınmasını App Store üzerinden Apple işler.
İsteğe bağlı cihaz özellikleri
- Takvim: izin verirseniz seçtiğiniz Apple takvimlerinde ders etkinlikleri okunabilir veya yazılabilir.
- Bildirimler: izin verirseniz cihazınızda yerel hatırlatmalar planlanabilir.
- Mikrofon ve konuşma: izin verirseniz özel sesli not kaydedilebilir. Kayıtlar yerel olarak korunur ve aygıt yedeği dışında bırakılmak üzere işaretlenir. İsteğe bağlı döküm, ayrı onayınızdan sonra Apple'ın sistem Konuşma hizmetini kullanır.
- Dışa aktarma: iOS paylaşım ekranıyla bir dosyanın ne zaman ve nereye gönderileceğini siz seçersiniz. StudioLoop dışa aktarılan dosyayı almaz.
Analiz, reklam ve takip
StudioLoop 1.0 reklam, üçüncü taraf analiz SDK'sı, uygulamalar arası takip, ödeme SDK'sı veya geliştirici tarafından işletilen telemetri uç noktası içermez.
Saklama ve silme
Yerel kayıtlar, uygulamada silinene, uygulama kaldırılana veya cihaz silinene kadar saklanır. Apple aygıt yedekleme ve geri yükleme davranışı iOS yedekleme ayarlarınızla yönetilir. Paylaşım ekranından dışa aktardığınız kopyaları ve Apple Takvim'e yazılan etkinlikleri siz yönetirsiniz.
Çocuklar
StudioLoop öğretmenler ve stüdyo işletmecileri için profesyonel bir yönetim aracıdır; çocuklara yönelik değildir.
Değişiklikler
İleride hesap, bulut eşzamanlama, analiz veya başka bir veri aktarımı eklenirse bu politika ve App Store gizlilik beyanı özellik etkinleştirilmeden önce güncellenir.
